1. Eligibility
- Customers can return unused and unopened cosmetic products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Used or opened products can only be returned if they are demonstrably defective.
- Products purchased online can be returned by mail using a prepaid return label provided by Noureea.
2. Reasons for Return
- Customers can return products for reasons including:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
